My sister tried Whole30 recently, so it reminded me of my experience with the program.
A year or two ago I tried Whole 30 and it lasted all of five days. I don't think they call it diet, more like an experiment where you eliminate basically anything but whole foods, then slowly re-add them to see what works for your body and what doesn't. I know some people have had success doing this. For me, eliminating food groups and experiments do not go well — ask my family, or see the doodle and video below.
