Danielle in Doodles became a business almost by accident. When I published my third book in March, I hoped I'd beat sales from last year. I did, which was amazing. But, as they say, more money, more problems. I faced a lot of new challenges. This cartoon has only some of them! I could definitely do a part two.
Small business challenges
Having a side business kind of happened on a whim, and itâs a choice. I have a full-time job. But wow I feel for all small business owners or even freelancers, contractors, artists, etc ... because itâs exciting but hard!
